Overview
“Fall Into Fort” on September 23rd, 2017 is an outdoor annual skateboarding competition organized by The Board Room the last 6 years at the Fort Boise Skate Park (155 E. Garrison Rd, Boise). The Board Room is partnering with the recovery community this year to help raise awareness for addiction recovery resources!
Goals
Engage with the general public and the recovery community.
Raise awareness of addiction recovery resources, sober communities and activities
that promote wellness, spiritual and human connection and personal growth.
Produce an informative, fun and welcoming event for those who could benefit from becoming aware of the vendors in attendance. EVERYONE knows SOMEBODY that needs help with addiction/alcoholism.

Booth Fees & Sponsorships collected by “Fall Into Fort” WILL NOT be revenue for River Sober Living, The Board Room or any other entity. 100% of all Vendor Fees & Sponsorships will be allocated to event planning, marketing and logistical costs.
*Booth Attendance Fee $75:
➢ Booth-Space.
➢ 1.75” Logo on the Event’s 10”x13” Flyer that is on the front of this packet. ➢ Logo on Boise Bicycle Project’s Social Ride Flyer.
-  Both will be placed with heavy concentration in Downtown Boise, BSU, North End, SE Boise and Eagle along with the surrounding areas of Boise and extending out to Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell.
-  Fees must be paid in full by 8/7/17 for logos to be included in printed marketing.
➢ Inclusion of your Organization or Business within the Digital Marketing Campaign: (Begins on 7/8/17 by creating an Event Page on Facebook. Frequency of share-blasts will increase as the event draws nearer.)
-  Schedule: (2) share-blasts in July, (2) in August and (2) in September.
-  Shared by Boise Bicycle Project, The Boise Hive, The Board Room, Ignite 208, River Sober Living, and others.
-  Facebook “Sponsored” event shares will also be paid for to reach non-followers of our event’s network.
-  Instagram
* UPGRADED MARKETING FEE: Add $175 Includes all above + :
➢  3.5” logo on printed flyers (instead of 1.75”)
➢  Logo within the Facebook Event banner image.
➢  (1) rotating digital slide on a huge 15’x10’ foot sunlight-readable LED screen located at the entrance to the event.
➢  Pick your booth privileges.
➢  Fees/deposits must be paid by 8/7/17 for logos to be included in printed marketing. 

*Sponsorship Fee: $350 - $750 ++
➢  Booth-Space with “pick your booth” privileges.
➢  (3) 2-minute presentation times on the live band’s PA system.
➢  (3) different rotating slides on a 15’x10’ foot sunlight-readable LED screen located at the entrance to the event.
➢  Logo on 3”x 5” Flyer Card. They will be placed in various business throughout the Valley.
➢  3.5” Logo on the Event’s 10”x13” Flyer that is on the front of this packet.
➢  Logo on Boise Bicycle Project’s Social Ride Flyer.

To be included within the Printed Media Marketing Campaign, a 50% deposit for your Booth/Sponsorship Fees must be paid by 8/7/2017.

50% deposits for Booth Reservations/Sponsorships in general must be made by 8/21/17.

Payment in-full must be paid before 9/23/17.
